Your contractor website

A contractor website that explains the work you want.

Morris builds a page for every service and every city in your service area — written the way people search, like “home remodel Georgetown” or “general contractor Austin”.

Where a license is required, those pages only appear once you've added it. Electrical and plumbing you don't hold a license for is described as arranged with a licensed contractor.

Licensing

Show the license where the work needs one.

Add your contractor license and insurance if you hold them. Trades you don't license stay worded as arranged with someone who does.

State or local license, where requiredShown with your number. Unlocks pages for work that requires a license.
InsuredSays insured only when you've switched it on.
Arranged tradesElectrical and plumbing outside your license are described as arranged with a licensed contractor.
Your own reviewsMorris can show the Google reviews already on your profile. It doesn't write new ones.

$49 a month. The whole crew is included.

One flat price for the whole business — website, inbox, estimates, scheduling and invoicing. No per-user fees, so supers and labour don't add to the subscription.

Questions

General contractors ask us

Does Mortar replace my contracts?

No. It runs the lead, the estimate, the job sheet and the invoice. Contracts and permits stay with you.

What about electrical and plumbing on the job?

If you don't hold that license, Morris describes the work as arranged with a licensed contractor. It won't say you did it.

Does it sync with QuickBooks?

Yes. Invoices, payments and expenses sync to QuickBooks Online (and Xero), so sales tax reporting stays where your bookkeeper works.

I already have a website. Can I keep my domain?

Yes. Connect your domain and Morris rebuilds the site around your services and cities. Your email stays where it is.

What does it cost for a crew of five?

$49 a month. Mortar is one flat price per business, not per user or per tech.
